Who we are and What we do

MauiParadise.Biz is a premium Maui vacation rental condo business owned and operated by Phil & Lynn Erickson. We offer two luxury owner-direct Maui condos at the beautiful Maui Kamaole condominium resort in sunny south Maui, Hawaii for a perfect Hawaiian vacation.

For whom we do it

MauiParadise.Net offers the luxury and value advantages of owner direct vacation rentals of our premium Maui condos to guests from the U.S., Canada and all corners of the world, whether a first time visitor to Maui or a long-time repeat guest.

MauiParadise.Net aims to provide luxurious, comfortable, premium vacation condo accommodations in a wonderful tropical Hawaiian setting for all guests and occasions. We welcome singles, couples, and families with adults and children who are celebrating honeymoons, anniversaries, romantic getaways, family reunions, any special occasion or just seeking a wonderful Maui vacation packed with fun-filled activities or a peaceful, healing getaway from the stress and troubles of the modern world.

Why we do it

Like many visitors to Maui, we fell in love with the island of Maui and all it had to offer on our first Hawaiian vacation trip to Maui in 1984. After vacationing and renting for many years in Maui, in 1999 we became proud owners of our two bedroom vacation home at Maui Kamaole. In 2001 we added our 1 bedroom Maui Kamaole condo home and have enjoyed making significant remodeling and upgrades to each of our condos over the years. We enjoy sharing the beauty, peaceful setting and fun-filled location of our two tropical Hawaiian vacation homes with our guests from around the world.
